Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The room was beyond filthy, with cigarette holes in the blankets and trash on the floor. The front door didn't even lock properly so it felt unsafe. The broken refrigerator with food inside and the old, insecure door added to the overall unpleasant experience.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The service was beyond excellent thanks to a recent remodeling, making my experience pleasant from check-in to check-out. However, the room was disappointing as it was filthy, with cigarette holes in the bedspread and the unwelcome company of cockroaches. The smell of smoke lingered despite requesting a non-smoking room.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not as clean as expected, and I encountered a couple of roaches, which was quite off-putting. However, the staff was quick to fix a plugged sink and were very friendly. The location was a mix of convenience and sketchiness. The dining experience was subpar with only basic offerings. The facilities were adequate but nothing outstanding.
